*Our charges begin on the day that your pet is checked in. Any departure after noon (12 p.m.) will incur room charges for that day.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We request a deposit for each room reserved. During holidays, school breaks and summer the deposit is $25. Your deposit is processed at the time that you make the reservation, and is applied to our bill upon checkout. You do not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit is received.

We have a three day cancellation policy. For example, if you are to arrive on Friday, you must cancel by Tuesday 8 p.m. in order to obtain a deposit refund.

Minimum Stay Requirements

Any weekend stay that includes a Friday or Saturday is a 2-day minimum charge.

Any summer stay (May 25 thru August 15) that includes a Friday or Saturday is a 3-day minimum charge.

*Holiday stays (New Years, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanks Giving Day and Christmas Day) require a 4-day minimum charge.

*Stays may be shorter than the minimum charge period, but the minimum charge applies. If you have multiple pets in one room you are only charged for the single guest rate if you incur a minimum-stay free. Ask for complete details.

We are here 365 days a year for your pet, however ware closed for checkins and check-outs on the following days:

• Christmas Day
• We close at 2p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
